NOAA Predicts 70 Percent Chance of Rainy La Niña Weather Across the Pacific Northwest

The drought-stricken Pacific Northwest is expected to see heavy rainfall in the coming months, scientists say. The NOAA predicts that the La Niña weather pattern could emerge as early as August, and have the potential to dump heavy rainfall across Pacific Northwest throughout the 2022 winter season.     As the world turns. Things have always run in cycles. There was an ice age, there was a time of hot climates (think dinosaurs). Cycles are inevitable and thinking we can control them is a fool’s errand. Imho

    Hopefully this story comes to fruition and the Northwest gets relief from the drought. Though east coast hurricanes don’t thrill me. It will be what it will be and there’s nothing we can do about it other than prepare.
