  1. borehead says:

What else could it be called other than what it is?

    Obstruction of Justice.

This serious issue is being held hostage by this administrations inept, transitional Commerce Dept that has seen three Secretary's, with Blank being "acting" not fully in charge.

What could be the reason's for this obstruction of justice?

First and foremost, it now implicates Jane Lubchenco, exposing her inaction to bring those in charge of OLE and NMFS litigators, and now includes ALJ's that meddled with Special Master Swartwood during Swartwood II, because some of the ALJ's may have their reputations sullied.

The completed report has sat there for months, and one can only wonder the degree of molestation this report has seen.

There has been talk of John Kerry replacing Hillary Clinton as Secreary of State.

If he can't get results from obstructionist Lubchenco, how effectitive would he be?
