    I know its a long shot at this point, but im hoping for the best,hopefully Billys hangin onto a lob buoy out there waitin to get picked up,wouldnt surprise me,he’s a f-in Wildman,had many a great nite with him tuna fishin up in k-port back in the 90’s,creepin outta the “CELLAR” in the wee hrs.Always took care of his outta town fishermen and helped everyone out whenever he could,truly a great man! heard he may have expired saving someone else,dont know the story yet,but wouldn’t surprise ma at all. This is a sad day indeed,my heart felt condolences go out to his family and he will be remembered fondly by a WHOLE lotta people!
