A new report on Ocean Grabbing – The Global Ocean Grab

Ocean grabbing is not only about fisheries policy. It is unfolding worldwide across an array of contexts including marine and coastal seawaters, inland waters, rivers and lakes, deltas and wetlands, mangroves and coral reefs. Green Greed runs rampant under the guise of Conservation neatly wrapped in the Protocol of “THE OBAMA OCEAN POLICY”. Globally you can see he’s in Bed with the rest of the Cartel.
Time to wake the FUCK UP AMERICA!!!
Why did he have to SEAL his past???
It’s time for back to back Snow Storms on the Links of Nantucket. Popcorn followed by Seagull droppings.

Obama is definitely no friend of the small business fisherman, but you make it sound like these policies that were put in motion under Bush are his fault. And yes, it’s his fault that he doesn’t stop continuing down the slippery slope that conservatism has led us onto. Privatization of our public trust resources is definitely NOT a liberal agenda but a conservative one. You think things would have been better had Romney gotten the job?

Look up H.R. 3534 “THE CLEAR ACT” the version before the BP Gulf spill that failed in Congress. “The Obama Ocean Policy” is an Executive Decision made by one Man.
Also check out Dr. Jane Lubchenco PhD former EDF Chairperson. She was his choice to head NOAA. During her Senate confirmation she made no mention of her plans to turn the Fisheries into a Sector Catch Share program that has now destroyed the Fisheries.

          This one?:
H.R. 3534 (111th): Consolidated Land, Energy, and Aquatic Resources Act of 2010

Introduced:Sep 8, 2009 (111th Congress, 2009–2010)Status: Died (Passed House) in a previous session of Congress

And I totally agree with you on Lubchenko too – bad choice.
The big problem I have with Obama is that he’s essentially a conservative and not a liberal.
