    Looks to be about parallel with the “aka” morphing of MMS Minerals Management Service to BOEMRE or Bureau of Ocean Energy Management Research, and Enforcement (after they were
    busted with Shell “executives” at cocaine sex parties a few years ago), then to BOEM Bureau of Ocean Energy Management and BSEE or Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (Watch Out!).

    No matter what you call them they are nothing but minions of the corrupt Wind then OIL/GAS “moneyed monster” corporations as they usurp our Outer Continental Shelf for fun and Profit.
