    NEFMC ,SHOULD BE LOOKING AT POLLUTION OF G.O.M. WATERS , INSTEAD OF HABITAT PROTECTIONS AREAS,, FOR FISHERMEN, MOST OF THE FISHERMEN HAVE HUNG THEIR BOOTS AND GONE .SO, DON’T WASTE TAXPAYER’S MONEY ,HABITAT PROTECTION AREAS WORK ON THE POLLUTION PROBLEMS ( ACID RAIN AND GLOBAL WARMING AND ETC !!!!!!

    In regards to the Article “HOG WASH” you can take that as you want to. A related Article here on FN speaks about a Methane Project ( and I’m not talking about Cow Farts ) off the Jersey Coast. It so happens there are TWO LNG IDLE OFFLOAD STATIONS stationed right beside ” STELLWAGON ” ( MIDDLE BANK ). Not withstanding are rumors of a LARGE METHANE DEPOSIT in this REGION.
