Seward guide business ‘Miller’s Landing’ charged with fishing violations

Investigators from Alaska Wildlife Troopers went on an August 2013 guided fishing trip that took a small boat from Lowell Point to Seal Rocks, 42 miles from Seward, according to charging documents.
