AEB Assembly Passes Resolution Opposing Nomination for Aleutian Islands Marine Sanctuary

“The NOAA national sanctuary nomination process clearly states that ‘Every nomination starts at the community level’, however the Aleutians East Borough is not currently aware of ANY local support from local regional communities, tribes or local groups for this nomination,” the AEB Assembly resolution stated.     Now does this mean they are not under the control of “T.O.O.P.” too? If so how do we create OUR OWN P.E.E.R. Org. and can it be RETROACTIVE?

      Don’t know ’bout you, Striper, but I find myself befuddled.
      These are our public servants, getting paid by us to close down huge tracts of marine habitat, using political means to do it!
