Seven-ton bell buoy washes up at Fourth Cliff in Scituate

Washed-up buoys are a common sight after coastal storms, but North River bell buoy, which is sits on the beach in Humarock, is no small buoy.High winds and powerful waves during last Tuesday’s blizzard ripped the massive buoy from its chain and brought it ashore at Fourth Cliff, at the mouths of the North and South rivers.
