On April 28th the Seafood Harvesters of America will converge on our elected representatives to stay the course on a broken Magnuson Stevens Act. As other groups call for flexibility, the primarily catch share fishery group wants to maintain rigidity! The Seafood Harvesters are aligned with the likes of the Pew Charitable Trust, EDF, and the Nature Conservancy. Any reasonable minded person knows that the Magnuson act needs to be redone to allow for flexibility in fisheries regulations so that fishing communities may survive. But this pack of whores are beholden to the same environmental organizations that are destroying fishing communities around the nation. So how much does it take for someone to stick a knife in the back of their fellow fisherman these days? F**K them and the boats they rode in on.
