Assemblyman Fred Thiele Jr. bucks Mid Atlantic Council flounder reduction plan

He’s asked Attorney General Eric Schneiderman to start legal proceedings against the Fishery Management Council and the National Marine Fisheries Service challenging application of the quota allocation to New York.
