As the facts show, there aren’t any cod on Stellwagen today BECAUSE OF THE CATCH SHARES SCAM! Before the scam we didn’t have 80 foot draggers, and we didn’t have cape cod hook whores fishing without limits. With these features of the catch shares scam, these 2 groups wiped out the cod population that was rebuilt over years of restrictions and 800 pound limits. Limits which limited the fishermen to small local operations. The same guys that have been wiped out by this catch shares scam.
