Victoria Co. snow crab fishermen could be hit hardest by quota cuts

Crab traps wait on the wharf at Glace BaySnow crab fishermen in the waters off Cape Breton are preparing for a leaner season this year, with quota cuts approved or proposed in both the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the Atlantic Ocean.
