Coast Guard rescues 3 people from fishing boat that ran aground in Gloucester

The Coast Guard has rescued three people from a fishing boat that ran aground in Gloucester. The boat can be seen washed up on the jetty. The crew of the vessel Anne Rowe reported they were in trouble at 4:30 a.m., according to Station Gloucester Petty Officer Haran Ellis. photo’s click here
