Senator Kerry Calls on Marine Fisheries Service, NOAA to Meet with Northeast Fishermen, Local Scientists

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Sept. 24, 2012 — Senator John Kerry (D-Mass.), in a letter sent today to Samuel D.
