  1. Rocky Novello says:

Bravo to MAFMC, Caring for the safety their fisherman,Wondering,IF NEFMC is writing their letter yet?? ALL FISHERMEN’ S LIVES MATTER & at SEA-MONITORS LIVES MATTER TOO !!
At Sea-Monitoring is not needed in today’s fishing because all fishermen care for fish stocks which is their future & lively hood. Our U.S. Coast Guard does a great job monitoring our fishing fleet at sea.
Import land -monitoring with modification would be beneficial for all parties .Fishermen & N.O.A.A. Fisheries working together can fix this broken at -sea-monitoring issue ? ALL LIVES COUNT !!!!
