F/V Rachel J. Bell Fisherman rescued by Coast Guard 140 miles west of Sanibel Island, Fla. Video

CCA takes stand against Gulf red snapper Reef Fish Amendment 40

If Amendment 40 passes, 75 percent of the entire Gulf red snapper fishery will likely be privately held for private profit. Feds charge second seafood plant employee for covering up emission violations

Federal prosecutors in Alaska have charged a previously unnamed Dutch Harbor seafood plant employee with a Clean Air Act violation, stemming from allegations he falsified emissions forms that were then used unwittingly by his employer.Raul Morales faces a single charge for violating the federal law that regulates air pollutant emissions.
