Lobsterman who died in apparent drowning remembered as fixture on the Plymouth waterfront

Michael Furlong was a fixture on Town Pier, a longstanding member of the harbor community who was always on the lookout to help others. “He was definitely a character figure on the pier and among the harbormasters.
