    i do not believe it…………I run the keys back country all the time and never see FWC there except july 27-28………sport diver lobster days.

      I my six years of trapping off of Key West, I only saw FWC out there once. During the early part of the season when divers are most active it was common to see many dive boats making multiple trips. Pure thievery.
