Richmond fishing company charged with unsafe transportation of ammonia
A Richmond fishing company has been charged with transporting ammonia by people not trained to do so, not complying with safety regulations as well as possibly dumping it. Arctic Pearl Fishing, Arctic Pearl Ice and Cold Storage and Kwong Man Sang Company have all been charged in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in the fall of 2017.
