Interesting to myself is how they list Sam Rauch with his official title. Not that NOAA Fisheries pseudonym. It really is time to restore the official label of these two separate Agency’s. NOAA NMFS. Could you get away with labeling your stuff with a pseudonym? Wonder what kind of fine they’d “gift” you with?!!
