Dave Cross is right on ,not only are fishing ports in North Carolina but other ports up and down the coast ,we face more [problems every day From NOAA ,Conservites and others that want to save everything ,except our fisherman. And in a way its are on fault for not pooling together we could do better together .I have said before we need a solution that would be welcome buy all .We need a long term federal assistance program to survive all the cuts by NOAA .We need a Fish Bill like a farm bill .An example is we the fisherman agree to reduce our catch of what ever species NOAA clams is in danger and we are reimbursed for the value ,when that species recovers less compensation .We need a Congressman or Senator to help draft such a bill .But the bottom line is they will only listen if we come together .Lets get stared today .Thank You Sam Parisi Gloucester ,Mass .
