PAIR-TRAWLING CATCHES LOTS AND LOTS HERRING . I CONSIDER PAIR-TRAWLING IS MOST DEADLY METHOD OF CATCHING FISH . THESE NETS FISH 60 FTM. BY 60 FTM, ,THAT WAS IN THE 1980S ,TODAY THEY MUST BE 100 FTMS. BY 100 FTMS. ,TALKING ABOUT KILLING FISH ,THIS IS THE WEAPON !!! HERRING AND EVERYTHING IN WATER COLUMN GONE IN ONE SWIPE !! PAIR-TRAWLING IS BANNED IN MOST COUNTRIES, EXCEPT IN THE U.S.
PAIR-TRAWLING SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO FISH OUR COASTAL WATERS!! GROUND-FISH BOATS PAIR-TRAWLED FOR A LITTLE WHILE BUT WAS STOPPED BY NOAA ,IT WAS TOO EFFICIENT FOR CATCHING GROUND FISH ..

PAIR-TRAWLING WILL DESTROY OUR WATER AS IT DID IN EUROPE!!
