The 16.7 million is not totally for fishermen, 3.2 million for 30 years and that may be questionable is the real number, why lie?
1 million the first year then payments maybe after that for the next 29 years. If you make a claim you have to sign off that you will never make another claim.
If as studies have shown low frequency noise kills squid and destroys that fishery no compensation.
Why were the meetings for the RI compensation held in secret? Why on the one so called public meeting was the press and state officials asked to leave?
