    If the supreme court rules against the Chevron deference in the herring lawsuit, then Boem’s actions in regard to the careless waste of tax and ratepayer money to prop up a failing industry should be sued next

      In a normal world I would agree with you Jim, but as you know we now live in a world where normal is dependent upon your social status and your political affiliation and the connections to the politically connected elites.
      Rules are for the peasants, not for the royalty.
      My guess is that they will never be held accountable for their actions, regardless of the courts decision.
