Feds & NJ Rushed Offshore Wind – Now It’s Falling Apart! Court Ruling Highlights Oversight Deficiencies!

The future of offshore wind development in New Jersey has been dealt yet another significant blow following a recent ruling from the Environmental Appeals Board.
