WATERS , INSTEAD OF HABITAT PROTECTIONS AREAS,, FOR FISHERMEN, MOST OF THE FISHERMEN HAVE HUNG THEIR BOOTS AND GONE .SO, DON’T WASTE TAXPAYER’S MONEY ,HABITAT PROTECTION AREAS WORK ON THE POLLUTION PROBLEMS ( ACID RAIN AND GLOBAL WARMING AND ETC !!!!!!
