‘A hard day’ following Placentia Bay tragedy, says mayor

The mayor of Southern Harbour says his community is in mourning after the bodies of three men were found by search and rescue crews in Newfoundland’s Placentia Bay Wednesday. The men were in a speedboat, which is believed to have capsized somewhere near Bar Haven.
