The Offshore Wind Incentives for New Development Act introduced by Senators Markey (D-MA), Whitehouse (D-RI), and Congressman Jim Langevin (RI-02), as well as the Incentivizing Offshore Wind Power Act introduced by Senators Carper (D-DE) and Collins (R-ME) would extend the federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) at 30 percent of the project’s total value for six years and eight years respectively. >click to read<  14:55

    Another bunch of shortsighted empty suit politicians who want to play Henny Penny and run around like AOC and proclaim the sky is falling. I wonder how much payola ends up either directly in the pockets of these morons or is promised as a campaign contribution. Thank you all for looking out for the little guy. This fools errand has the potential to cripple the American commercial fishing industry on the east coast and jeopardize the lives of those who transit these waters daily seeking to make a living. But what the hell, it causes no harm to these DC swamp dwellers. And the idiots in RI who vote these fools into office should be ashamed of themselves. Self serving assholes, the whole lot of em.
