WHALES DECLARE BOEM IS A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION COMMITTING GENOCIDE By Jim Lovgren

In a press release issued today by the AAA, an aquatic coalition of many different marine creatures, it was declared that the United States Bureau of Ocean Energy Management was a terrorist organization intent on the extermination of all marine mammals and other sea life. The National Marine Fishery Service was named as a co-conspirator, for standing by and watching, instead of doing their legally required job of protecting endangered species. The AAA, Aquatic Animals Association, is a newly formed coalition of different marine species including Whales, Dolphins, Turtles, fish, clams, and scallops. Despite the vast disparity in their abilities to communicate with each other, they have combined each other’s unique communication forms into one voice in hopes of saving themselves from extinction.

Today, our newly formed Aquatic Animals Association, {AAA] announces an appeal to all humans to please stop the relentless attack on our sensory organs by your non-stop use of seismic, sonar and piledriving apparatus. We have had to withstand your species harvest of many of our members to feed
your insatiable appetite for thousands of years, an understandable activity, after all, we all have to eat. But what your species has been doing to our members for the last few centuries goes way beyond providing food for yourselves. You have dumped your refuse all over our homes, paved over our
nurseries, and degraded the marine environment so badly in many places that it is now uninhabitable. Now we are being assaulted by noise making machinery so loud and relentless that our members are being killed, crippled, and maimed. The Whales and Dolphins washing up on your beaches are just a small percentage of animals that have been terminated. Most of these bodies never make it to shore, they sink and drift off into the depths of the sea, never to be seen again. Sharks, Turtles, Scallops, Lobsters, Crabs, and all types of fish are being assaulted by a never-ending cascade of human made
noise, at levels that kill and maim our members.

Humans don’t seem to understand that sound is different under water, and the pressure waves created by loud noises can kill us if hit directly. If we are fortunate enough to avoid death, it is at the expense of our sensory organs. We are rendered deaf, or our own sonar is damaged. Our cetacean members all know friends and family that have recently been deafened only to then die an excruciating pain from not being able to communicate with each other, mate, or find food, and then being struck by a large ship that they can no longer hear coming. These deaths have been caused by being in close proximity to the noise source, but there is something even worse happening to our members, and this is why we find it necessary to organize and make humans understand the harm they are causing. There has been an around the clock cacophony of loud noises created by seismic and sonar research vessels and the construction of enormous towers into our sea floor using pile driving equipment. The noise from this equipment can travel for hundreds of miles through our ocean habitat and we find it hard to distinguish how far away the sound is coming from. So those of our members who annually migrate have been found to be swimming away from their normal migratory path, and sometimes into danger from boat traffic or into areas with no food. The stress is killing them. It is killing all of us. A constant booming, pinging, and the explosive sounds from piledriving permeates all columns of the ocean waters,
we have nowhere to hide.

We believed that humans had turned the corner in their understanding that all life on earth is sacred, you stopped the hunting of our largest members, allowing them to start to recover, but are now killing them out of shear indifference. This has to stop, so today the AAA, the largest aquatic animal
organization in the world, has declared that the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, [BOEM], is a terrorist organization guilty of genocide. They are systematically eliminating whole species of marine mammals and destroying large portions of our shellfish member populations. We further accuse the
National Marine Fishery Service, [NMFS] of being a co-conspirator with BOEM by failing to use their legal ability to protect our members through the Marine Mammal Protection Act, or the Endangered Species Act. We hope that by drawing attention to the carnage that is being caused by humans to our homes, that maybe some sensible humans will come to help. The noise has to stop, it is killing us.

That is the whole of the press release, I have not seen it anywhere else, and an online search found no evidence of the existence of the Aquatic Animal Association. Have they been censored already?
