Cape Wind at our backs? We can only hope
The Cape Wind saga got a little more interesting — not to mention problematic — this week with the announcement of an alternative mega-deal involving the purchase of far lower cost wind energy by six Massachusetts utilities from wind developers in New Hampshire and Maine. more@bostonherald 08:47
“No utility, business or consumer should be forced to underwrite a private developer at more than three times the cost of readily available green energy from other sources.”
Among numerous problematic issues with green energy (which really isn’t as green as they will continue to say), is the most salient of all, that being the much higher user costs to the consumer as compared to fossil fuel generated energy.
What is it going to take for people to realize in this country that we are wrecking our economy with the implementation of Obamacare to the higher cost of energy which essentially is another unnecessary tax on the public?
Then you wonder why our economy is not growing, and that the greatest number of jobs created in this country is for part time work.
C’mon folks, realize that you have a Amateur in the White House who is over his head both at home and on the world stage.
These are troubling times and the crony capitalism coming out of this White House is imperiling the well being of our nation..
