Nova Scotia will unveil much tougher rules Monday to oversee the aquaculture industry in a bid to “restore public confidence.” Regulations governing the industry will go from two pages to 60 by the start of the week, the province’s minister of fisheries and aquaculture said. “We are going to a more firm regulatory process.
