For more than a half-century, the Oyster Creek nuclear power plant energized the region and local pocketbooks before shutting down three years ago, the start of what was expected to be a tedious, unremarkable and costly mothballing. Now the path forward for Lacey doesn’t seem so clear or unremarkable.     I hate repeating but, with nearly 100 NUCLEAR POWERED Vessels protecting our Nation for decades… Hundreds of thousands of Navy, Marine, and others without issue… Nukes got a bad rep., technology hasn’t stalled since the 70’s where about it’s reputation still lags…
    The infrastructure already exists!!!
    It warrants an honest look…
    How much more electrical power will we need when are vehicles are Electric too???
