Shell fisheries chairman charged with firing gun during argument

Leonard H. Voss Jr., 61, of Smyrna, was charged by Delaware State Police with possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, terroristic threatening and second-degree reckless endangering. The man in charge of the state’s shell fisheries commission was arrested this week following an incident where he allegedly fired a shotgun in the air to try to break up an argument.
