The New England groundfish debacle (Part III): who or what is at fault? Nils E. Stolpe/FishNet

Proof positive that people will say anything to promote a cause. Perhaps the lawmakers should be looking into a regulation that punishes people for lying. We could balance the budgit with the fines imposed on the engo’s alone.
Today is liar day @ fisherynation.com.
