Fishermen are the most knowledgeable people of our oceans ,and their input must be USED ??? in making management decisions ???
This bill would help all fishermen ,up to now NOAA uses there sceince and does not compare it with other science ,this bill would require other sceince to be look at before restrictions are made by NOAA ,please call your representatives to vote in favor ,thank you Sam Parisi
