Fishermen advised of dangers of flesh-eating bacteria

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), V. vulnificus can cause an infection of the skin when open wounds are exposed to warm seawater; these infections may lead to skin breakdown and ulceration. Vv is often called a “flesh eating bacterium”. Read more here 19:56
