At Category 2, Hurricane Harvey fast approaching Texas

Hurricane Harvey intensified overnight and is expected to strike the Texas coast on Friday night or early Saturday, the National Hurricane Center said. The NHC said in Friday’s 10 a.m. advisory that Harvey has maximum sustained winds of 110 mph.
