Raymond Bogan appointed ICCAT commissioner

Raymond D. Bogan, a longtime advocate for the rights of recreational fishermen, has been appointed a commissioner to the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas. Under the Atlantic Tunas Convention Act, the United States is represented by three Commissioners; a government representative, another representing the commercial fishing industry and a third representing the recreational community.
