This has been Marc’s rallying cry every time you bump into him at a meeting. Yes, there may be a good amount of truth to this, and its all part of the sea bass discussion when this is brought up at the meetings to increase both the commercial and recreational sector harvest…and as we have come to see, falling on the deaf ears of fishery regulators, both on the federal and state level.
