Being a "useful idiot" sure is the gift that keeps on giving. All over this state, commercial fishermen are struggling. Except on Cape Cod, where the chosen puppets of the Big Green NGO's live. As we know, the CCCHFA has so much quota, they can sell millions of pounds each year. Here we have the most useful of the idiots in the news, cashing in again. The are very successful at gaming the system, but propaganda has to be thier #1 strength.
